SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to LAS Travel Loungewear. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
• Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer the following options:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST)
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $150
International Shipping
We’re excited to announce that international shipping will be coming soon! While we currently only ship within the U.S., we’re working hard to expand our shipping options to reach customers worldwide. Stay tuned for updates on when international shipping becomes available.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing LAS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your items, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns and exchanges; sale items are final sale unless stated otherwise.
Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at info@lasloungewear.com
• Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@lasloungewear.com
• Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
• Items damaged or altered after delivery cannot be returned.

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
